0.0. CLUB FOR FUNDAMENTAL INITIATIVES

The Club for Fundamental Initiatives is an initial fundamental initiative for a timely answer to the questions: what does man do, how does he do it and what will the consequences be for the world from this activity of his. We know - in order to be able, and we are able - in order to know still more! Because the threats for the future of our civilization rise first of all from the growing elementalness in its development.

Member of the Club can be everyone, who has submitted for discussion in some of the sectors his own treatment of a contemporary fundamental idea, or has done reasonable critical notes to an already submitted treatment in the respective sector. For that purpose, the candidate-member sends his material on the email cfi@dir.bg of the Club, writing in the end of the material the local date of its sending, his own full name and one-valued personal co-ordinates for connection with him. In the beginning only I will estimate whether the treatment is enough fundamental or else the critical notes are enough reasonable to be submitted in the respective place in the Club for a discussion by all members. By submitting the first material in the Club his author becomes its member, and at that his own full name and one-valued personal co-ordinates for connection with him are written in the list roll of the members of the Club, which is accessible to everyone. At the first opportunity this procedure for affiliating in the Club will be done more dynamic and more objective. Every following material of the member is sent in the same manner.

For a start, I submit for discussion my treatments in every of the marked sectors of the Club. The author of a criticized treatment has to answer after the made criticism in the respective place. Other members of the Club also may interfere in the discussion. At the present stage, ultimately I decide by a respective review whether the treatment is to be kept as an integral part of the already confirmed treatments in the sector, or to be put away of it. When enough adherents are gathered for the electing a Managing Committee of the Club, this Committee will manage its further development.

Every visitor of Internet can use the materials of the Club. The author only with a decision of the Managing Committee can improve the materials entered. The Committee expels authors that are obstructive to the affair of the Club.

The rise of the idea about the Club required from me to clarify the relation between the notions of fundamental - in the meaning of reaching to the base, and of global - in the meaning of comprising of the whole. For example, in solving a given problem, thinking is fundamental, when for that purpose all facts essential for it at the given moment are taken into account. After that, those facts are impartially analyzed according to their own nature and from the obtained is extracted an idea for the most adequate solving of the problem. By this definition, the result of the fundamental thinking is always global. However, not every global thinking is fundamental. For example, global are the thoughts raised from an initiative to master the world in some respect by a given person or by some formation of the socium, as, to say, are the economical formations and the states, but because of their unilateralness they cannot be fundamental.
