5.1. ON THE BASES OF MECHANICS
Summary
The first principle of dynamics is
analysed, in order to be shown its independence from the second principle and
its role in revealing the factual meaning of the quantities of mass and of
force. Newton's idea of the existence of an absolutely privileged frame of
reference is discussed as well. Now this idea basis itself on the
unrepeatableness of the Metagalaxy both towards its own evolution and in relation
to its space sizes. Two independent experiments are proposed for determining
the movement of a finite inertial frame of reference towards the absolutely
privileged frame of reference.
This treatment was published in the
annuals of VIAS, Sofia, 1987-1988, V.33, roll V, p.195. The
submitted variant has been improved.

Summary
The contents of the treatment are united
by a theory of the gensic researches, exposed in an Appeal and in an
Introduction, which is composed of three parts: On Human Essence, System of the
Gensic Ties, Order of the Work. The first variant was entered in the
geneascribal book in March 1978. The present variant is essentially improved.
It gives a conception of the problems, with which the origin of the discipline
personology as a tantamount partner to the discipline sociology in creating of
the unifying them discipline of pneuology collides. The stages of
